You love heeled shoes but the simple thought of them makes your feet hurt? Well, we are on the same boat. I would love to wear heels every day and everywhere, seriously, but I’m definetely not strong enough. If you can’t make it one way try another one they say. There are means and solutions to wear them baddies without killing your feet.
- BLOCK HEEL
The thicker support gives your heel more support and allows you to spread the weight on a wider surface. This way you’ll have more stability and you won’t necessarily need to quit higher heels.
This is for sure the more comfortable solution since you have support along all your foot. Perfect for a city walk can also become suitable for a more formal occasion, by choosing a slimmer wedge.
3. LOWER HEIGHT
Choosing a lower height will make your life a lot easier. It’s all about finding what works for you adding and taking down centimeters untill we find our height. This also regards wedges. Low heeled pumps are a 2017 must have; they look so cute and gives the whole outfit a bon ton touch (see how I style mine here).
Have you ever had problems with your pumps slipping away from your feet while walking? Or felt instable on your ankle? Well, you can overcome all that issues by choosing laced up shoes. They will give you more stability and help the shoe stay on your feet, saving your ankle.
Plateau is here to save your feet: it acts just like a cushion amortizing the impact of the toe on the floor while walking. I’m not really a fan of plateaus ‘cos I think they make shoes look heavy. I prefer wedges, but it’s just my opinion, regardless which they are very easier to walk with.
